Yummy Smoothie Bowl

I’m going to make this quick, my baby is ready for a nap. This smoothie bowl is my lunch today. It’s delicious. Packed with nutrients. It’s all organic!!  1 Frozen Banana 3 Whole Frozen Strawberries.  1/4 Cup Frozen Blueberries  1/4 Cup Coconut Cream 1/2 Scoop Garden of Life Raw Vegan protein powder, vanilla 1 tsp Sucanat for a little sweet  Topped with Granola, Blueberries, Flax Seeds, Sucanat, and Chia Seeds.  Yummy!! 

High Protein, Vegan Meal

Blah Blah Blah What now?  It can get really boring, eating a limited diet, eating the same thing over, and over... and over... again.  My family is able to eat a lot of things I am not able to enjoy. Like anything with dairy or corn. Those are the biggest offenders. Gluten has to be eaten in limited (very limited) quantities.  If you’re looking for a meal that’s vegan friendly, but packed full of protein - you may like this one.  Let’s call it... Spinach Goodness  Here’s the recipe: Warm a skillet with your favorite oil  Enter the spinach. I use about 1-2 cups of frozen, organic. You can definitely use fresh.  One serving of your favorite protein (beyond meat strips, tofu etc.) When the spinach and protein are  starting to thaw, add a few splashes of Coconut Amino’s Toasted flax seeds 3TBS Nutritional Yeast 2 TBS After it’s done, I like to top it with a sprinkle of some Vegan Shreds. Weirdest food allergies EVER!!!

Took my sweet baby boy to the Dr. a few days ago. Turns out he’s sensitive or allergic to everything!!!! Well...  not everything. Just gluten, and dairy. Don’t forget the rice (really.) And corn, the most severe one. Yep. The little yellow golden nuggets of deliciousness are off limits to us for now. Do you realize how many products are made with corn?!?! *Sigh We’re gonna make it. Here we go.
